Dance Instructor / Choreographer
Catharines passion for dance and choreography started at a very young age watching musicals and dance performances whenever she could. When she finally got an opportunity to show her parents her natural ability and passion for dance at Southside Dance Team in fifth grade they immediately set her on her journey to find her passion within dance. Catharine enjoyed all the styles she learned from the opportunities she had from dancing at Beth’s Dance Center and Elite Dance Performance to being a Pep Stepper at Northside Middle School and Spirette at Columbus North High School. Even though Catharine greatly enjoyed the styles of Jazz, Musical Theater, Hip-hop, and Lyrical it wasn’t until her Freshman Year she found her true passion in Ballet, Modern, and Contemporary. Catharine then fully immersed herself in her rigorous dance studies at Dancers Studio Inc. learning Ballet and Modern dance. Catharine attended several summer intensives studying with Gregory Hancock Dance Theater, Cottey College, and several master classes with various studios/teachers.
